  1. Yup. The dopamine lure. My use of FB has morphed over the years, and now it has become more of a quick source of news than anything else. I don’t interact with many on it like I used to, and have been gradually reducing my time there. I’m not on Twitter, or Snapchat and only really use Instagram in concert with WP. It is scary the depth that they have sunk into human psyche and now with all the targeted adds that pop up on your feed after your phone’s mic picks up on your conversations and texts…now you’re seeing Amazon adds for whatever you told your friend in “private conversation.” Yucky.
